Good Evening Dolphins,
This is a calling notice for the 2018 Harpenden Dolphins AGM.
It will take place at 8pm on Thursday 22 February. Yet again, we are grateful to Harpenden CC for the use of their pavillion on the Common to host it. A draft agenda is attached and copied below. Please let me know if you have any further agenda items, or nominations for committee members. As a reminder, your elected committee members are:
- Captain - Paul Bonney
- Vice Captain - Ollie Lacey
- Treasurer - Graham Downes
- Fixture Secretary - Mike Lacey
- Team Secretary - Adam Driscoll
- Club Secretary - Andrew Gregory
- Social Secretary - Neil Bolt
As I understand it, all officers - except for me - are expected to stand for re-election. I am unable to fulfil the necessary commitment to the Club Secretary role going forward, so we are looking for nominations. Please let me know if you wish to nominate anyone ahead of the AGM.
Those members entitled to vote are "full" playing members, the President and the Vice Presidents. In order to be quorate, 10 members, who are entitled to vote must attend the AGM, so please come along if you can. Postal votes are not allowed, according to the Club Rules, at an AGM.
