Good morning all,
To confirm, the AGM is taking place this Thursday at 8pm in the Clubhouse on the Common.
Of particular note will be a discussion, and a vote, on how you would like the Club to vote at the league AGM on match format for the coming season. There will be two votes: firstly on whether to play every game in the limited over format; and secondly on whether to reduce the number of overs from 100 to 90.
In addition, we will be electing officers of the club, and providing an update on the playing facilities up in the park. It is therefore really important that as many of you as possible are there for these discussions.
If you aren't able to attend, grateful if you would let me have your apologies if you haven't already.
Finally, and to confirm why I do not have a job in sales, apparently the pavillion will be very cold, and the bar will not be open. Please, therefore, bring along a blanket and your own refreshments!
